## Notice

The Contract has been procured based on annual consumption of 205m kwh. The contract may be extended up 31 March 2030 and values stated may increase as a result of this and/or changes in wholesale commodity costs and/or increases/decreases in mains gas consumption (E.g. as a result of a new building coming online following a separate building project).
