The 'Managed Clinical Advisory Group', will function as a specific child health group; a sub group of the main Health and Justice Clinical Reference Group. Please note the deadline for ITT submissions is Midday on Friday 15th March 2024. The contract length is 2 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The estimated total value of this opportunity is PS370,800. The Service to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations") as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, (the "Regulations"). The Service is under Schedule 3 threshold. As such, the Contracting Authority does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, or those applicable to Schedule 3 Services.
