The Whitstable Community Museum and Gallery, under the direction of Clague Architects, is inviting tenders for the project titled "Museum Building Repairs and Accessible WC." The project involves repair and improvement work on various buildings dating back to around 1890, which are grade II listed. The deadline for tender submissions is Monday 2nd October 2023 at 5:00pm. The contract period is scheduled to run from November 1st, 2023, to March 31st, 2024. This tender presents an opportunity for businesses with expertise in the repair of historic buildings to showcase their capabilities. Companies looking to compete should demonstrate experience in delivering similar-scale projects to public buildings, preferably listed structures, within the last five years. The project requires detailed cost breakdowns and evidence of scheduling capabilities to complete the work by March 2024. Communication skills and risk assessment capabilities are also crucial for successful completion. Small and medium-sized businesses are particularly suited for this tender opportunity.
