The existing contracts for Medway and Rainsbrook STCs are due to expire in the first half of 2016. The contracts relevant to this notice have been put in place by the Authority to continue the provision of Youth Detention Accommodation beyond the current contracts. This is due to a continued demand for this type of provision to accommodate and rehabilitate the most high risk children and young people demonstrating complex needs.
