REMOVAL OF EXISTING TILES, UNDERLAYS, BATTENS & CROSS BATTENS. REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS LOCATED IN ROOF LOFT SPACES. REPAIRS TO EXISTING RAFTERS AND/OR OTHER ROTTEN TIMBERS. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW PLYWOOD BOARDS. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW BATTENS & CROSS BATTENS. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW UNDERLAY. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW CLAY TILES.
