This Procurement will establish a single supplier public sector Framework Agreement for the supply of Contingent Workers. Under this Framework Agreement, the Service Provider shall not be eligible itself to supply Workers through the Agency Supply Route to Talent and the Service Provider shall not be permitted to be an Agency Provider from its own business (or any affiliated businesses).
