The successful Service Providers on the Framework must have the following experience and capabilities: * Have a qualified team with the relevant experience as detailed in Scope and Specification * Officers that will be assigned to this Project Evaluation are required to perform to standards set by the Funding Agency. * A relevant/proven track record to provide the depth of experience and skill necessary to perform this Project Evaluation work
