## Notice

This is a desk based study to determine the structural integrity of all buildings, to provide a costed plan for the testing and assessment of waste and establish where the waste can be taken off site. Phase II: Clearance of waste from all areas that do not require construction and/or demolition to safely access and remove waste. Phase III: Clearance of waste from buildings which do require construction and/or demolition to safely access and remove waste. Phase IV: Site restoration as required through the planning process.
