## Notice

This Contract is for a single supplier to provide a mobile exhibition vehicle (fully converted for exhibition requirements) that is maintained in accordance with current UK legislation, that provides National Highways with a means to engage directly with members of the public at a variety of locations within England. In addition to the lease of a fully adapted exhibition vehicle, National Highways will also require the supplier to provide the following ancillary services: o Vehicle (to be fully taxed, Insured and MOT'd) o Vehicle (to be fully maintained, cleaned inside and out and repaired) o A driver (to drive the exhibition vehicle to site, set-up vehicle and on closedown) o the provision of a secure storage facility (for the exhibition vehicle) for overnight when not in use.
