Following this submission we'll discuss your ideas, agree any merchandise suggested, facilitate and release the official logo for the artwork for your use and help promote this for you. Even though the mandatory cell for Value has been completed in this notice, please be advised there is no funding from the council to support this offer and in turn the council does not seek any profit share for anyone officially merchandising. All products need to be ready for sale in 2018. Additional information: Please note the mandatory cell for Contract value has been populated in this notice but this opportunity will not be funded by Telford and Wrekin Council. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
