This is called the tenant satisfaction measures (TSM). We have carried out our TSM survey for 2023/24 and are looking for surveys from 2024/25 onwards. From this tender we require the partner to complete: * Project management, survey design, data export, sampling, and exclusions * All Fieldwork in connection with completing the survey's * Weighting of results, reporting, benchmarking, and key driver analysis. The features of the regulatory survey include: * A mixed method survey to be carried out on behalf of MBC. * The survey could either be carried out mid-late September or on a quarterly basis throughout the year. * Based on 1,800 surveyable households, MBC would need 317 valid responses in order to meet regulatory compliance therefore MBC wishes to carry out a full census approach to all 1,800 properties. * The survey will include the 12 TSM questions (along with pre-qualifiers) and up to five additional questions - which may be open-ended questions.
