Phase 2 - depends on the capital budget available for the next financial year (2022/23) - The Trust will confirm within six months of the contract start date, if funds are available and the project can continue completing Phase Two. Phase Two is to be completed under the same spec. and commercial conditions proposed by the winning supplier.
