The scope of services required and how the providers will be evaluated will be led by the Parents and Carers themselves, with the support of the Council, and partnership working with the Barnsley Clinical Commissioning Group (BCCG), South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYFT) and Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (BHNFT).
