Such works are not limited to the above premises' and may be extended to other properties owned by Breckland Council. The contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the potential to extend this for a further two (2) years (3+2). The prices will be fixed for the first three (3) years. The contract will be let on the Council's Standard Terms and Conditions (Appendix B).
