Cambridgeshire Council Council's Library service is looking to procure services for a suitable and sufficient contractor to work in partnership with the Library service to engage, design and then supply, install and fit out a local library in the county. This is a new approach to how we procure these services looking to not ask contractors to provide a design as part of the evaluation but to provide the ideas, and insights to be involved in engaging with the Library service to create a design that works and then implement this design.
