There will be some administration required in order to process the sponsors and record renewal dates, contracts, damaged signage and invoice requests for payment to Solihull MBC. Joint plans for marketing and PR will be agreed once the contract has been assigned. There will be a further opportunity for the successful tenderer to work with Solihull MBC on updating the existing boundary signs and commercially sponsoring them subject to a mutually beneficial agreement.
