Contract Modification to existing contract agreement under PCR2015 regulation 72 b) additional goods, works and services up to 50% of the original contract value have become necessary and a change of supplier cannot be made for economic or technical reasons. Bristol & Weston NHS Purchasing Consortium (BWPC) are NHS employees hosted by North Bristol NHS Trust whose specialism is procurement.
