The aim of the programme is to improve the quality of new housing development in the West of England through identifying improvements to service delivery and strengthening the UAs' role in ensuring design quality throughout the planning process. The commission will include: * undertaking a comprehensive review of current practice in the West of England; * identifying areas of strength and weakness in the post-planning process and learning from each other's knowledge and experience; and * establishing a route map for the West of England UAs to make improvements to the post-decision process and post-occupancy monitoring. Additional information: 2.1 E-Quote System The Authority uses ProContract as its e-procurement system.
