The Early Works area drawing identifies the area of the Works must be prioritised in the Contractors programme to ensure the works are not ongoing outside JL if the Completion Date is missed. The area is to be paved with natural stone sourced from a local quarry. In order to expedite the completion of the works, CBC propose to place an order for the supply of the stone paving during the process of selecting a Contractor for the Works.
