Lot 3: FirstCare Practice, Balsall Heath, Birmingham. Lot 4: Oakleaf Medical Practice, Washwood Heath, Birmingham As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful bidder(s) for a period of 7 years [with the commissioner having the option to extend the contract for up to a further 3 years]. Lot 1: Nechells Practice: The practice has a raw list of 4,802 patients and a weighted list size of 5,248.87 patients (July 2019). Nechells Practice is located in Nechells, Birmingham. The practice is based in a health centre that is managed by NHS Property Services. Lot 2: Kingshurst Medical Practice The practice has a raw list of 6,635 patients and a weighted list size of 6,474.07 patients (July 2019).
