## Notice

Primary GP services, delivered in a safe and effective manner and through a learning environment which includes the training of doctors and other healthcare professionals. The Commissioners sort a provider to deliver high quality, patient centred and value for money (VFM) Primary GP services, delivered in a safe and effective manner and through a learning environment which includes the training of doctors and other healthcare professionals The Services was required to meet the following needs: i. GP led primary medical care services to patients residing in the Practice Registration Area and Outer Boundary Area, and/ or patients registered with the practice as temporary patients ii. Equity of access iii. Patient Dignity and Respect iv. Informed Consent v. Children and Vulnerable adults vi. Clinical safety and Medical Emergencies vii. Prescribing viii. Good Clinical Practical ix.
