There will be, for some children and young people, a plan designed around moving the child or young person to foster care or a return home (Reunification). It is possible that children and young people will have experienced placement breakdowns and/or abuse and/or neglect and/or loss and may demonstrate offending and/or challenging behaviours and/or be emotionally vulnerable. This Framework commenced on 1st October 2018 for a period of four years with the option to extend for a further two years. The contract value published in this notice is for the maximum framework term. This re-opening offers the opportunity for new providers to join the framework, and existing framework providers to include new/additional homes.
