This will fund a programme of work to develop our understanding of costs, resources, timeline and audience needs, enabling us to develop our application to apply for a full grant of PS2.5million towards the project. We need a part-time Project Manager, or project management provider, to oversee and provide administrative support for the work funded by the Heritage Fund. The Project Manager will: * create a critical path plan * coordinate fortnightly project updates for the Senior Management Team and Capital Projects Steering Group * support external consultant contracting, induction and arrangements * monitor project spend * collate progress reports, professional reports and the final report * produce an evaluation of the Development phase We have a budget of PS20,000 available to fund this work during the Development Phase. The anticipated timescale is January to May 2023 although the Project Manager will play a critical role in further developing the timeline beyond this.
