## Notice

Upskill, support and mentor existing sports clubs to develop their physical activity offer for inactive young people using a unique mixed skills approach following the Active Withernsea principles. Support and mentor the set-up of new, informal community-led sports sessions. Links clubs to a network of clubs. Empower and train young people to develop. A specific skill mix is required for this work and although there are other providers that could do aspects of the requirement, we require a provider that has expertise and experience in all aspects of this approach. The contract was due to commence 1 April 2021,however due to COVID this has been required to change to 1 May 2021.
