## Notice

This project intends to use both qualitative (focus groups and/or interviews) and quantitative research (questionnaire) methods to gather evidence on Local Authorities' capability and capacity, with regards to what 'good' looks like, what the main factors are that affect it, what types of LAs need the most / least support, what type of support/interventions are needed. A range of stakeholders will be involved in the research, including LA officials themselves, DfT officials and a range of relevant external stakeholders.
