## Notice

The Council intends to proceed with the beach huts under Section 2 as and when prospective purchasers have committed to buy a beach hut. Tenderers are therefore required to also provide an alternative priced rate per 'beach hut' for individual beach huts, which may be delivered and constructed on an ad-hoc basis.
