The developers will provide a full range of development services across a range of financing models, geographic regions and value bands. The resulting framework will be UK wide and will be available to all Public Sector Bodies, including Charities. The framework is divided into 9 Lots, which will operate with a maximum of 6 Developers per development type per region. The framework will cover, all types of developer led schemes within construction and premises. It is proposed that the term of this framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years from December 2020, with the option of extensions up to a maximum of a further 18 months up to April 2026. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. The framework agreement is being advertised and tendered so it can be utilised by all Public Sector bodies, including Charities in the UK (the full list is available in the Tender synopsis on the In-Tend portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo).
