A simplified summary of the service is as follows: - A reporter contacts CIRAS with a concern via webform, freephone or freepost - CIRAS raises a case in dynamics CRM to manage the interaction - CIRAS interviews the reporter to obtain full information about the concern and information to ensure we can protect their identity - CIRAS packages up their concern and passes to the relevant company for action - The company responds to explain what they have done - CIRAS shares the response with the reporter so they can see the impact they had. - The is an urgency in making the app available ASAP to increase reporting rates Different people will prefer to use different routes for contacting CIRAS, and we want to make this as easy as possible.
