WDH owns and manages approximately 32,000 properties. Each programme year includes works to approximately 6,000 properties. There will also be some works required internally to voids and occupied Independent Living Units. In a typical programme year external sub-contract painting works may be required to between approximately 4,000 and 6,000 properties.
