Following recent site inspections it has become necessary to replace the existing boilers in the basement boiler room at the Beaconfield Centre in Grantham. Ideal Concord C330 Series gas boiler (96kW) supplying the building with heating, and 1no. Direct gas fired Andrews 32/40 water heater, approximately 145 litre storage Capacity, supplying 7 hot water sink/WHB outlets. The boiler and water heater are approximately 25+ years old, and approximately only 50-60% efficient
