Selected Contractors awarded on to the Framework will provide responsive repairs and maintenance and small improvement works for housing. The framework agreement will be split into 4 lots, with between 2 and 5 reliable and experienced Contractors being awarded a place on the framework for each lot, who are to be available during the term of the framework.
