These are to support the delivery of a wide range of WCC projects that may include new school buildings, residential and commercial development sites, landscaping, and building defects assessments. The Form of Contract will be the NEC3 Term Service Short Contract. Tenders may be submitted for either or both of the Lots and so each Lot tendered will be evaluated separately. The same contractor may be awarded the contract for both Lots if they are the successful tenderer in both evaluations.
