Experience of previous library design is essential. Your proposal will include detailed concept design drawings, costings, company experience, and examples of previous library projects and will be split into two options: * Option 1: to provide new furniture * Option 2: to include use a mix of new and existing furniture Successful companies will be judged on experience, price, and design, and it is intended that a shortlist will be invited to present to full Parish Council shortly after the tender return date.
