CMA are looking to re-procure the following Maintenance and Support contracts. 1.NetApps Storage Area Network 2.Checkpoint Firewall 3.HP Servers 4.CISCO Switches and Firewalls At present these services are provided under 4 different agreements however; business services would like to bundle these service provisions where possible to; 1. Reduce the administrative burden of renewing multiple contracts for the IT and procurement teams and 2. Allow IT to have a single point of contact or a reduced number of contacts for these suppliers.
