The Mid Yorkshire Hospital are currently looking into the idea of improving our Fleet Management system, we are looking for a system that can provide the following to us: * Correct mileage of miles covered for each vehicle. * Active tracking system (trackers are in place on the vehicles) * Taxi booking system * Driver log into vehicle and log out to create information for driver times of driving hours. * Groupe/teams to categorise areas cars are for * Walk round driver vehicle daily check * Registration of vehicles, fuel type, lease active, MOT due. * Emergency protocol for driver access * Management Information portal so we can access information and reports.
