## Notice

We wish to discuss our requirements with suppliers who can demonstrate their ability to provide such services whilst adopting a 'Just in Time' approach and ensuring resilient yet cost efficient stock levels. Deliveries would be to our numerous outstations and offices across England, and as such carbon efficient and co-ordinated delivery methods would be essential. Highways England wishes to meet with suppliers to discuss our requirements and the most appropriate method of procuring these services.
