The project consists of the refurbishment of the existing Consulate General Post in San Francisco, CA. The existing space is located on the 8th floor of the One Sansome building in Downtown San Francisco. The refurbishment will need to bring the space up to the current 2019 California Building Codes (CBC) including Energy systems. The CBC requires the addition of a Mother's Room, creating an accessible and secure space for nursing mothers by converting the small pantry space into this Wellness/Mother's Room space. The CBC also requires us to make some updates to counter heights and millwork to comply with American Accessibility Act (ADA). These counter height revisions, specifically in the large kitchen area, will impact the existing appliances and new ones will be procured.New ceiling in designated areas, with new lighting and lighting controls.
