## Summary

The Westminster City Council is currently conducting a tender process for the Westminster Maternity Champion Project, which aims to enhance maternity health services in London. This initiative has an estimated budget ranging from £200,000 to £240,000 and will run for four years, commencing from 24 April 2017 until 23 April 2021. The tender period is set to close on 22 March 2017. The project falls under the health services industry category, specifically targeting community health services, and seeks to recruit a borough-wide coordinator to work alongside Community Champions projects.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary and community sector organisations (VCSEs) that specialise in health and community services. Businesses that can contribute to developing training programmes, outreach initiatives, and community engagement activities, while also supporting parental health education, would be well-suited to compete for this contract. Successful bidders will play a vital role in promoting maternity health, improving local service accessibility, and fostering community cohesion across Westminster.
