These children and young people will be between 0-18 years with disabilities and complex healthcare needs. It is possible they may have experienced placement breakdowns as well as abuse, neglect and loss. These children and young people may also demonstrate offending and/or challenging behaviours or be emotionally vulnerable. The Contract will commence on 1st July 2017 and will be for a period of two years, with the option to extend for a further two years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire together with any supporting information requested by 11.00hrs on Tuesday 17th January 2017.
