Bromford is responsible for maintaining homes and schemes across its four localities. Fencing and Boundary projects are often identified by Bromfords Repairs Managers. If a job is too big or too specialist for our in-house responsive repairs teams it gets referred to planned maintenance. The Fencing and Boundary programme is aligned with the four localities / areas, so that delivery and reporting can be administered at a local level.
