NOTE: This notice was updated on 20 January 2026 for the following reason: The value has increased by PS254,555 and the date extended to the 30th June 2026 to allow for the completion of Phase 1, as per the scope of works.(The Bank has established a Strategic Business Data (SBD) change programme, which is currently in the scoping phase. It is anticipated that this will address: 1.Development and approval of a target data architecture that will deliver the Bank's current requirements as well as enable the Bank to operate in a scalable and flexible way. 2.Deliver a bank-wide data taxonomy. 3.An approved Master Data Model with clear data ownership which aligns with the Bank's Target Operating Model 4.Development of a suitable Data Ingestion Mechanism for standardising and simplifying delivery partner data submissions. 5.Enhanced data analytics and reporting solutions The design and delivery of the SBD Programme will support a wide range of business benefits, including: 1.Improving user experience for stakeholders in delivery partner data submissions will lead to more timely, complete, and accurate data. 2.The collation and analysis of data to demonstrate how the Bank is performing against its Mission and objectives. 3.The ability to undertake improved portfolio management, analytics and risk oversight, including concentration risk management. 4.Product development and innovation leveraging the Bank's Impact Report and the drivers of that impact. 5.Enhanced reporting about sustainability and the Bank's ESG agenda. 6.Sound foundation for the addition of new growth initiatives and programmes. 7.Risk reduction through robust data management and reduction of manual processes 8.Increased operational efficiency and an ability to provide accurate and quality data for enterprise-level reporting and key performance metrics This will initiate the first phase of the project and serve as proof of value for the larger program of work.)
