## Summary

The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead is planning a tender process for the "Maidenhead Library Space Commercial Opportunity", aimed at providing a commercial use of the library's ground floor foyer. The contract is classified under cafeteria services, and the tender stage is currently in the planning phase, with a future notice expected on 4th June 2018. The contract period will commence on 1st August 2018 and end on 2nd August 2018. This opportunity is located in Maidenhead, England (Postcode SL6 1QU), which attracts around 33,000 visitors monthly, making it a highly accessible venue for potential businesses. Interested organisations are encouraged to express their interest via email to the contact point provided.

This tender offers a valuable opportunity for a range of businesses beyond traditional café operations, as the Royal Borough welcomes proposals for various business concepts that could thrive in the 54 square metre space. Companies specialising in catering, adult education, training, or entertainment services may find this opportunity particularly suitable. Given the open nature of the procurement method, it's an ideal chance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary community sector enterprises (VCSE) to tap into a vibrant community hub and meet the needs of a diverse clientele during library opening hours.
