## Summary

The tendering process reached the award stage, with the contract commencing on 25th September 2025 and concluding on 31st March 2026. BMG Research has been selected as the supplier, marking the contract as active as of its award date, which was published on 10th November 2025.

This tender opens opportunities for SMEs and VCSEs, as the offer aligned well with the ethos of supporting smaller enterprises through public procurement engagements. Market research firms, particularly those with experience in media-related surveys or regulation compliance research, can leverage their expertise to partake in similar future tenders. Collaboration in such projects with academia or experts in media consumption patterns could further enhance a firm’s proposition, potentially expanding their portfolio and client base across the UK and internationally. The accessible framework agreement encourages a competitive yet supportive environment for innovation and thorough industry analysis.

The main objectives of the teens tracker are: To uncover any concerns teens have about potentially harmful or inappropriate content on TV and on-demand services.
