## Summary

The Coal Authority is overseeing a significant public procurement process for the operation and maintenance of the Wheal Jane mine water treatment scheme located near Truro, Cornwall. The Coal Authority seeks to let an operation & maintenance contract for the Wheal Jane mine water treatment scheme near Truro, Cornwall. The existing operating contract ends in October 2020.
