Provision of a Basic Asset Protection Agreement (BAPA) with Network Rail to support the GRIP 1-3 development work. Network Rail Services for GRIP 1-3 development within the BAPA include: * provision of Network Rail sponsor support to provide guidance to the Customer; * preparation, facilitation and conclusion of any further agreements with the Customer; * provision of guidance on applicable Network Rail Procedures/Requirements and Standards; * provision of Network Rail record drawings and services information where available; * attendance at meetings; * review of method statement/risk assessments/ health and safety plans/ Asset Management Plans/ environment plans/ safety management plans; * appointment of project engineers for applicable engineering disciplines to undertake design review and acceptance or no objection where necessary; * issue of access permits or track visitor permits; * provision of site safety staff to ensure a safe system of work on Network Rail property; * review of Work Package Plans submitted by the Customer.
