## Notice

To inform an LGA-led programme of development, learning and improvement centred on the role of councils in 'reshaping financial support', building on the LGA's recently published scoping report, and a review of current literature and related programmes. To contribute to a wider narrative and evidence base about the benefits of a preventative approach to improving outcomes and reducing demand for crisis support. To work in partnership with the LGA and its partners to provide consultancy advice and support to 4 - 8 pathfinder councils. Pathfinders will build-on and develop improved approaches to supporting low income households, through both direct and indirect financial support. To design and deliver a programme of Action Learning to identify and share innovative practice To advise on outcomes and develop an effective evaluation framework Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
