Associated alarm systems (from fridge/freezers to indicating panels). b)Split air conditioning systems, packaged air conditioning systems, compressors and condensers. c)Management of contract *Management and supervision of all works carried out by Contractor, including scheduling and organisation of works; *Risk assessment of Contractor activities, and development, implementation and review of health and safety and safe systems of work; *Management and upkeep of electronic and hard copy logbooks for Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KGH) buildings and systems; *Upkeep and updating of operational information; *Identification of all items of equipment and bar coding (including tracking system); *Notification to KGH of non-conformities (via routine reports); *Production of reports, regular and ad hoc (log of quantities that are not achieved); *Attendance at regular meetings; Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
