## Notice

ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to identify a suitably qualified supplier of Mobile Network Data to provide data on Origin/Destination movements. The data will be used to inform a new SATURN model in accordance with the Department for Transports (DfT) Transport Analysis Guidance (TAG) so that North East Lincolnshire Council can successfully appraise major schemes. Tenderers should therefore be able to demonstrate the data supplied will meet TAG requirements. Supported by Pell Frischmann who have been appointed to refine the zoning structure and oversee successful delivery of data, the successful tenderer will provide; * origin/destination movements by vehicle type and time period, * a report detailing the method in developing the matrices, * a report detailing how the data has been checked and verified.
