It is not mandatory to bid for all the Lots and tenderers may bid either for one Lot only, for two or three of the Lots or for all four. Tenderers will not be advantaged or disadvantaged by submitting bids for a higher or lower number of Lots, as it is the Council's intention that each Lot will be awarded individually to the tenderer which has scored the highest overall mark for that particular Lot.
