The service is split into four key components: Single point contact centre; *Energy efficiency and healthy lifestyles advice visit; *Professional small measures Handy Person service; *The delivery of a Handy Person service to install energy efficiency measures; *Winter Calls programme. The service will operate within the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
